Bacon Wrapped Pineapple Chicken

23 Dec 2009 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 4oz. pineapple chunks 1/3C light brown sugar bacon Preheat oven to 375 Wrap chicken with bacon Spray dish and place chicken into dish Sprinkle with brown sugar Cover with pineapple and juices Place in oven and bake for 30-45 mins (depending on thickness of chicken) Serve with rice or pasta **I found this had more flavor when I marinated the chicken in pineapple juice for about 6 hours** {More...}

08 Sep 2009 In talking with our chiro, we think our two year old may have a dairy sensitivity...because trying to eat GF wasn't hard enough, we're trying to go DF too...oh who am I kidding - WE're not...haha! We're just not doing any dairy foods for him (no ice cream? Are you kidding? I could never DF!) So, now I'm on the hunt for more info re: that as well... Any ideas for toddler friendly DF/GF foods (why not make em both?!) :) {More...}

Butter tips

We buy a TUB of butter - not sticks...so I had to figure out exactly how much "3/4lb" butter was (I wish I didn't know, lol!)
