My friend Kristen shared this recipe the other day. Technically, it'd be a "Treat to Try" but, I'm posting it here today. I've made a couple of her recipes and have yet to be disappointed!
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
2/3 cup chunky applesauce
2/3 cup spicy BBQ sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp chili powder
Sprinkle chicken with pepper. In a large skillet, brown chicken in oil on both sides. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; pour over chicken. Cover and cook 7-10 minutes longer. {More...}

3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons garlic powder
3 tablespoons lime juice
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, cayenne, paprika, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and parsley. Sprinkle spice mixture generously on both sides of chicken breasts.

1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup water
6 tortillas (flour or corn)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can black beans
Cook beef in skillet until well browned, stirring to break up meat. Pour off fat.
Stir in soup, salsa, water, tortillas, and black beans. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes. Stir. Top with cheese.
From freezer, cook 30-45 minutes or until hot at 400 degrees {More...}

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
¼ cup chicken broth
¾ tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
½ - 1 tsp. dried thyme
¼ tsp. garlic powder
Flatten chicken to 3/8 inch thickness; place in a skillet
Add broth
Bring to a boil over medium heat
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes
Turn chicken; sprinkle with seasonings
