23 Nov 2009 Cherry Pork Chops 6 boneless pork chops 1 tbsp olive oil 1/2 cup beef broth 3 tbsp apple juice 1 can pitted cherries, drained but save juice 2 tsp cornstarch 1 tsp dried crushed rosemary Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Brown pork chops with a small amount of salt and/or pepper (to taste), about six minutes each side. Carefully pour apple juice and broth into skillet, stir well. Simmer covered for 20 minutes. 02 Oct 2009 submitted by Amy Dillard Chicken Tenderloins 1 cup dry breadcrumbs 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese 3/4 tsp. salt 1/2 Tbsp. and 1/2 tsp. thyme 1/2 Tbsp. and 1/2 tsp. basil 1/2 - 1 cup margarine, melted Cut the chicken into nuggets. Combine the breadcrumbs, cheese, salt, thyme, and basil in a bowl. Dip the chicken nuggets in the melted butter.  Then roll in the breadcrumb mixture. Sour Cream 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 tube Ritz crackers 1/2 stick butter poppy seed Mix sour cream, soups and chicken together.
