I posted on Facebook earlier that I had a craving for some ice cream cake. While I was meaning like a Coldstone Creamery cake w/ frosting and all a friend posted this recipe and gave me an entirely different craving - can you say YUM!? (She claims it's super easy too!) Bonus!
Take a package of cookies (chips ahoy or oreo - whatever) and crush it up super duper fine.
Melt about 1/3c butter and mix it with the crushed cookies - push into pan to form your "crust."
Pour hot fudge, caramel, whatever over the crust.

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, room temperature
1 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
2 large eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
Cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
Stir flour mixture into the creamed mixture. Fold in pecans, butterscotch chips, and chocolate chips.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place balls about 2 inches apart on greased baking sheets. Flatten each cookie slightly.

2 1/4 cups water
1 cup agave nectar
2 tbsp lemon zest (1 lemon)
2/3 cup fresh lemon juice
Mix well. Refrigerate. Pour into ice cream maker and follow instructions to make ice cream. {More...}

1 chocolate cake mix (18 oz)
1 small box (3.9 oz) of chocolate instant pudding mix
2 cups of sour cream
4 eggs
1 cup of water
3/4 cup of oil
1 cup chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients except the choc. chips, then stir in chips. Coat crock pot with cooking spray. Pour in mixture. Cover and cook on low for 6/7 hours. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream. DELICIOUS!! {More...}

1 cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar (light or regular is fine)
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cup flour (all purpose)
1 tsp baking soda
heaping tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
3 1/2 cups oatmeal (do not use instant use old fashion- very important for texture)
1 bag semi sweet choc. chips
Preheat oven to 350

1 Coffee Mug
4 tbsp flour(that's plain flour, not self-rising)
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp baking cocoa
1 egg
3 tbsp milk
3 tbsp oil
3 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)
Small splash of vanilla
Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla, and mix again. 1/2 cup butter (softened)
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 - 1/4 cup flour
3/4 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt
48 mini peanut butter cups
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream first 4 ingredients; add egg and vanilla, beat until creamy. Mix in dry ingredients until blended. Roll dough into 1” balls. I twisted this recipe around. :)
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup shortening
1 eggs
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1.5 cups spelt flour ("technically" should have been 1 & 3/4 Cups but I forgot) :)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup candy-coated milk chocolate pieces
In a large bowl, mix sugar, eggs, shortening, and vanilla thoroughly. Add flour, salt, and baking soda to creamed mixture. Blend well. Add 3/4 cup of M&M candies.
Drop dough by teaspoonful onto cookie sheet. Slightly push a few candies on top of each dough ball with remaining candies.

My friend Jerri made these for small group one night. If you love Thin Mints, you'll want to eat these cookies asap! :)
1 package Dark Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
2 large eggs
1/2 C butter or margarine, melted
1/4 C packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp mint extract
Andes creme de menthe chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Stir together cake mix, melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and mint extract.
Stir in as many Andes mint chips as you like (I like lots!).
Drop onto greased baking sheets (making them as big or small as you like).
