Here's what I'll be making for our upcoming Freezer Meal Swap (FMS).
Per Pizza:
1/3 cup pizza sauce
6 slices low fat beef and turkey pepperoni
2 tablespoons grated mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
one half long French roll
Instructions:
Cut each roll in half. Spread 1/3 cup sauce over the cut side of each roll, sprinkle with grated cheeses and top with pepperoni and other desired optional toppings. Wrap each pizza tightly in foil or other freezer wrap of choice and freeze.

I have not attempted this recipe yet, but it comes for a very trustworthy source (organized home)! But we make pizza enough, we should totally try it!
So here it is!
2 c flour, all purpose
2 t active dry yeast
1 t sugar
1⁄2 t salt
3⁄4 c water, warm
2 T olive oil
For AUTOMATIC BREAD MACHINE, place ingredients in container in following order: water, olive oil, flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Select Dough setting and press Start.
For FOOD PROCESSOR, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water in a measuring cup; let stand until bubbly--about 10 minutes. Stir in olive oil and salt. Insert metal blade ... {More...}

OK, I'm giving in...the 'secret' to my amazing BBQ ;-) sigh....
Chicken
BBQ sauce - which ever style you prefer - are you NC style or Memphis?? Memphis all the way! ;-)

Burger buns
Throw the chicken in the crock pot (I usually use 1lb of breasts, but, like to double to freeze)
Dump in 'some' BBQ sauce (can you have too much? No didn't think so!)
Pour in 3/4 can Dr. Pepper (drink the remainder!)
Let simmer on low for 6-8 hours
Shred and put on buns! {More...}

This makes 4 entrees, each entree contains 4 servings.
1 (48oz) container cottage cheese (6 cups)
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (about 12oz.)
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/2tsp. salt
1/2tsp. black pepper
2 (8oz.) boxes manicotti shells (12-14 shells in each box - UNCOOKED)
12 cups spaghetti sauce (I just cheated and used big cans of Hunt's Traditional, if you want the 'red sauce' recipe from the book, let me know)
1. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt and black pepper in a lg. bowl. With your fingers (or a spoon...fingers were easier) stuff filling into shells.
