Day 3 – Sausage Gravy

1 lb. Jimmy Dean Regular Pork Sausage 6 tbsp flour 4 cups milk pepper to taste In large skillet, brown sausage. Add flour to milk and combine by stirring or shaking. Once sausage is fully cooked, add flour/milk mixture to skillet and stir until thickened. Pepper and salt to taste. Serve over biscuits.

Day 2 – Easy Egg & Cheese Casserole

Submitted by Carrie P. 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese 12 eggs 2/3 cup heavy cream Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle 1 – 1/2 cups of cheese onto the bottom of a 9 x 13 greased pan. Then add beaten eggs. Then add the heavy cream. Top with remaining cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
