This has probably been our best GF purchase. Kinnikinnick All-Purpose Mix has recipes on the back for muffins, bread, pancakes and waffles. I ended up making blueberry muffins and we couldn't stop eating them. They were so yummy! It does have way too much 'stuff' in it than I would prefer in such a healthy mix, but it will work for now (until I get gutsy enough to make a GF mix of my own).

This is one of my favorite things to make in bulk - pancakes, waffles and french toast. Keeping them separate is simple - just place a piece of wax paper in between each item and throw them in ziploc baggies!
When you're ready to eat, just heat them up!
I like to do them in the toaster, to make them a bit crispier, but microwave works just as well! :)
Enjoy!!! {More...}
