2 1/2 cups White Lily Self Rising Flour
1 stick butter
approx. 3/4 cups of milk
Cut margarine into flour with a pastry blender. Add milk in increments so that it is not too sticky. Put flour onto countertop and gently pat dough flat. Fold in half and pat flat again gently. Do this approx. 7 times folding in a different side each time. Cut with a biscuit cutter and place on baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for approx. 10 minutes. Serve with your favorite jelly, honey or sausage gravy.

This has probably been our best GF purchase. Kinnikinnick All-Purpose Mix has recipes on the back for muffins, bread, pancakes and waffles. I ended up making blueberry muffins and we couldn't stop eating them. They were so yummy! It does have way too much 'stuff' in it than I would prefer in such a healthy mix, but it will work for now (until I get gutsy enough to make a GF mix of my own).
The taste was great (since we don't claim to eat healthy...) it tasted just like "normal" blueberry muffins. I think I'm a tad pickier than my ... {More...}

I wanted to make sure I had the recipe until the end of time (or atleast the internet age....) :)
And you bet, I'll try a GF version of this :-D

I tried the pizza crust tonight (well, started it yesterday...)
Can you tell from my tone?
Two thumbs down. I even pushed the plate away and left to clean our old apartment (that we will officially be OUT of tomorrow!)
Yeh, it was pretty bad. Not sure what went wrong, but, I don't plan on retrying it to see if I can make it better. Just going to search for a better one!
Do you have a favorite homemade pizza crust recipe? {More...}
