It's been a LONG time since I've had snow cream. I accidentally used 1/2 tsp vanilla instead of 1/4. But, you can never have too much vanilla in my opinion! :) I used chocolate sauce on my portion. We had about 3" of snow leftover from the last system, plus 1.5" from Tuesday. And so far today, I'd say we've got another 4-5" of fresh snow on top of all that. They're saying we may get up to 13" by the time it's all over. So I should have plenty of fresh, clean snow to pick from! I plan to try this for dessert tonight!
