Bacon Wrapped Pineapple Chicken

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4oz. pineapple chunks
1/3C light brown sugar
bacon

Preheat oven to 375

Wrap chicken with bacon

Spray dish and place chicken into dish

Sprinkle with brown sugar

Cover with pineapple and juices

Place in oven and bake for 30-45 mins (depending on thickness of chicken)

Serve with rice or pasta

**I found this had more flavor when I marinated the chicken in pineapple juice for about 6 hours**
