Day 13 – Lemon Sorbet

2 1/4 cups water
1 cup agave nectar
2 tbsp lemon zest (1 lemon)
2/3 cup fresh lemon juice
Mix well. Refrigerate. Pour into ice cream maker and follow instructions to make ice cream.
