Day 12 – Chocolate Crock Pot Cake
December 12th, 2009
1 chocolate cake mix (18 oz)
1 small box (3.9 oz) of chocolate instant pudding mix
2 cups of sour cream
4 eggs
1 cup of water
3/4 cup of oil
1 cup chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients except the choc. chips, then stir in chips. Coat crock pot with cooking spray. Pour in mixture. Cover and cook on low for 6/7 hours. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream. DELICIOUS!!
