A friend sent us Chicken Cordon Bleu after our first son was born. So yummy
4 boneless chicken breasts
4 slices Baby Swiss Cheese
4 slices deli style ham (I use sandwich meat)
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 350.
Lay chicken breast out flat, place a slice of cheese and a slice (or few if thin!) of ham on each breast.
Roll and secure with a toothpick.
Place in a greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle bread crumbs over rolls of chicken.
Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is done. (Note: if chicken breast is thick, pound it out a bit so it is flatter and will cook more evenly).
I also sprinkle a little black pepper on the bread crumbs for extra flavor.
