I have mentioned that my youngest son has a wheat “issue” (at this time we’re taking a ‘wait and see’ approach and just sticking to a GF diet which he has not had any problems with). We’ve had some GF foods that are just…not so good. Or as a lady at a local natural foods store said, “taste like trash”…um, yes, pretty much! She {the natural foods lady} was kind enough to walk me through their GF section and say, “Try this – amazing. Don’t touch this – disgusting. GET THIS – better than “real” cereal/mix/bread/whatever…” Fantastic! Exactly the info I needed.
So, with that being said, be on the look out for upcoming reviews as we try various GF/WF items (of course I’m tasting everything my son eats, whether we eat it or not)
