Chicken Tenderloins
1 cup dry breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 Tbsp. and 1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 Tbsp. and 1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 – 1 cup margarine, melted
Cut the chicken into nuggets.
Combine the breadcrumbs, cheese, salt, thyme, and basil in a bowl.
Dip the chicken nuggets in the melted butter. Then roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
