In talking with our chiro, we think our two year old may have a dairy sensitivity…because trying to eat GF wasn’t hard enough, we’re trying to go DF too…oh who am I kidding – WE’re not…haha! We’re just not doing any dairy foods for him (no ice cream? Are you kidding? I could never DF!)
So, now I’m on the hunt for more info re: that as well…
Any ideas for toddler friendly DF/GF foods (why not make em both?!)
