When I was making the Classic Blondies yesterday, I ran into a problem. We buy a TUB of butter – not sticks…so I had to figure out exactly how much “3/4lb” butter was (I wish I didn’t know, lol!)
I jumped on google and searched and came across a great site O Chef – Answers to life’s vexing cooking questions. O Chef had JUST the info I needed for my buttery problem!
I’m sure I’ll be saying “O Chef…” again soon!
