Calzones

2 loaves frozen bread dough
sliced mozzarella cheese
Meats: pepperoni, sausage, ham, etc…
Fillings: onion, peppers, olives, etc….

Thaw bread dough and using flour to roll out dough, make approx. 15 squares

Put cheese, meat and fillings on dough. Fold over and pinch edges to seal

Place each tunrover into a pc. of waxed paper. Store in large ziplock bag & freeze

To cook: bake from frozen in a 350 degree oven for 15 mins. on a greased ccookie sheet. Serve with red sauce.
