Slow Cooker Lasagna

1lb. ground beef
4-5 cups spaghetti sauce (depending how firm or juicy you want the lasagna)
24oz. container cottage cheese
1 egg
8-10 lasagna noodles, UNCOOKED
2-3 cups mozzarella cheese

Combine beef and sauce

Combine egg & cottage cheese

Layer half the beef mixture, the dry noodles, the cottage cheese mixture and mozzarella in slow cooker.

Repeat layers.

Cover

Cook on high 4-5 hours OR on low 6-8 hours

Terra,

I am a friend of Jett’s, so I saw this link on her fb page. This is awesome. What great recipes. Looking forward to trying them. Thank you for sharing them this way. Question on the lasagna recipe, do you cook the ground beef before you put it in the crock pot?
