Hamburger and Hot Dog Buns

2t or 1/2pkg yeast
3c bread flour
2T sugar
2t salt
3T nonfat dry milk powder
2T butter
1c water
poppy or sesame seeds (optional)
Set machine to “dough” or “manual” setting.
Add ingredients in order listed ecept (optional) poppy or sesame seeds. Pus “start” Let it knead and rest dough
When dough is ready, remove it from machine and divide into 12 equal parts
Shape each part into appropriate shape (long & slender for hot dogs; round and flattish for burger buns)
cover rolls and let them rise in a warm, draft-free place for 1 hour
Heat over to 375degrees
OPTIONAL – sprinkle with poppy or sesame seeds on top of the rolls
bake for 20 mins. (or until browned)
slice open with fork
