Oven-Fried Chicken

1 beaten egg
3 tbls. milk
1 cup crushed Saltine crackers
1 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 chicken breasts
2 tbls. butter, melted
Preheat oven to 375
Combine milk & egg
In separate bowl, combine crackers, thyme, paprika & pepper
Dip chicken in egg mixture; coat with crumb mixture
Grease casserole dish & place chicken pieces in dish – do not let them touch
Drizzle chicken with melted butter
Bake for 45-55 minutes (or until chicken is tender)
