We got some (about 6.5" total) snow this weekend and about the only reason this flip-flop-wearin'-summer-lovin-Southern gal was excited to see it (other than watching my kiddos play in it!) was to make some snow cream! Yum! We made this every time it snowed when I was growing up, but since living in NC we haven't seen enough to warrant making any.
