Foodie Friday and monthly meal plans are halted for a bit as we adjust to this sweet thing:

…should I label this “Baby Food”? Because I could certainly eat him up!! ;-)

Once again, Jessica at Life as Mom, has some awesome breakfast ideas (I mean just LOOK at those cinnamon rolls and tell me you don’t drool!)

Frozen S’mores Pops (thanks to mjpuzzlemom at What a Crock!) YUM!

My friend Kristen at Making Dinner Happen has a knack for sharing amazing sounding recipes on facebook – She will be the reason I need a new laptop due to all the drool shorting out the keyboard! ;-) Here is one she shared this week from Michelle at Brown-Eyed BakerBrownies + Cookies = Next Best Thing to Heaven!

Weelicious posted a delicious sounding recipe for Breakfast Cupcakes!

Apparently, I missed out on National S’Mores Day (thanks to Liz at  Hoosier Homemade)! And thanks to my friend, Heather at Out of the Box Into the Kitchen, I now have a slew of desserts I want to make (and if anyone wants to bring one of these by after baby comes, I will NOT argue!!) ;-) She also felt the need to tempt me with S’mores Cookies…(and I found a ton of other recipes I’d like to try from What Megan’s Making as well!)

Heather also posted a recipe for Donut Muffins…I mean seriously. Yum!

Another delicious recipe from Heather at Out of the Box Into the Kitchen, Blueberry Coconut Streusel Muffins.

Baked potatoes. In the crockpot? Oh yes!!! Erin at $5 Dinners has done it again!

You know I’m always on the look out for great freezer meals. Jessica at Life as Mom shared some great freezer breakfast ideas, yum yum! (Here’s more Freezer Cooking Goodness from her!)

So I came up with this great idea and of course, I didn’t see a whole lot of recipes that peeked my curiosity this week – figures ;-)

So, it’s your turn this week (Why do I feel like a failure on week two?! ha!)

Share some recipes you’re interested in trying out sometime soon!

OK, in a moment of sheer brilliance while I couldn’t sleep last night, I decided that instead of just randomly posting recipes all throughout the week, and to still keep me posting some-what regularly, I would save up all the recipes I collect throughout the week from friends and blogs I read and post them on Fridays. So…For the first time ever, may I present to you….

Foodie Friday!

((picture a cute little icon here….sigh. I’ll have those creative skills one day…))

No Drip Popsicles (shared from my friend Whitney)

Not a “new” idea, but I have to get it out of my reader, because everyday, I want French Toast Sticks after seeing this! (thanks to Weelicious!)

My friend, Larissa‘s home made granola bars – look at the picture and don’t drool, I dare you!

Never heard of Moon Cake before, but I can’t WAIT to try it! (Thanks Mummy Deals!)

A super easy and delicious sounding Fruit Dip (thanks to Sandy at Moments of Mommyhood!)

S’mores Cookie Bars. Sigh. (thanks Amy at A Foodie Fairytale!)

Over the next few months as we prepare for baby, have baby, adjust to said baby, I’m not going to be doing a lot of posting. However, I’m getting oodles of recipes from friends that I know I will lose and I definitely do NOT want to loose them. So, I will be sporadically posting links to recipes (easier than typing/formatting/etc…Call me lazy…I call me exhausted) ;-)

My friend Lindsay gave me this recipe for Cream Cheese Squares and pretty much, I want to eat the picture…

I think it was Kacie that gave me this recipe for Spanish Rice…right now, it’s easy. It comes out of a bag that says “Great Value” on the front ;-) But I can’t WAIT to try this out…in a couple months ;-)

My absolute favorite meal at one of my most favorite restaurants (Applebee’s) is the Chicken Fajita Rollup. I found a recipe for it awhile back. Who knows when I’ll try it, but I need it saved for that day I get brave and do try it!

(taken from Stephanie’s Kitchen)

makes 6 jumbo muffins

2 tubes of biscuit dough (I like pillsbury) (20 biscuits in total)
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
6 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup brown sugar

Spray your muffin tin with non-stick spray. Cut each biscuit into 4ths. So in total you should have 80 little pieces of dough. In a bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon. Dip each piece of dough into the cinnamon-sugar mixture until totally covered. Divide evenly between the 6 cups. (about 13-14 in each cup) In a saucepan boil the butter and brown sugar. Spoon about a tablespoon of the brown sugar/butter mixture over each muffin cup. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 20-25 minutes or until baked through. Best when hot and fresh out of the oven!
